Foreigners who violated their legal right to stay in Turkey could enter Turkey conditionally, provided that they apply for a residence permit within ten days immediately after one day, if they arrived at the border gates before 09.06.2020 and paid the fines for visa violations. This application was abolished after 09.06.2020.
If foreigners with visa violations for three months come to the border gates voluntarily and pay the fine for visa violation, they will be exempt from the entry ban to Turkey. However, foreigners in such a situation will have to wait abroad for 90 days, as they do not comply with the 90-day rule within 180 days.
Foreigners who do not want to wait abroad for 90 days can enter our country conditionally if they wish, provided there is no ban on them to enter Turkey.
